Return & Refund/Exchange Policy

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Xayless Apparel purchases and overall experience. Depending on why you wish to return an item and its condition, there are various options available to you.

If you want to exchange an item for another size or product of equal value, we offer exchanges for all domestic customers. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, but our team will handle the shipping costs for sending the new item.

For returns, we can issue an in-store credit to your account, applicable solely to the product price and excluding any delivery charges.

In cases where a product is damaged during shipment or incorrect, we will promptly send a replacement. For international orders, please contact us for further instructions.

Please note the following limitations: we cannot accept returns for items purchased over three months ago, items no longer available for sale, or items bought using in-store credit from a previous exchange. Additionally, items purchased at special events or through retailers must be returned accordingly.

For initiating any return, please contact our Customer Service team with your name, order number, and reason for return. You can reach us via email at info@xaylessapparel.com or by submitting a return request submission form.

For domestic exchanges, we cover the shipping costs of the replacement item, not the return shipping. International customers are responsible for their return shipping unless otherwise stated.

PLEASE NOTE: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your chase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
